As long-time campers and lovers of the glamping phenomenon, hosts Lucia and Tom Gordon fashioned the glamping sites as a way to share the special scenes of the sixth generation family farm. An experience like no other on one of New Zealand’s oldest working farms, guests are invited to find joy in their own remote section of the 2000 acres of Clifton Station paradise.

Pop down to the river at the base of your retreat and enjoy a cool swim, or warm yourself up with a glass of wine in the steaming hot outdoor baths. Head out on a bicycle or car and explore the world-class wineries in the region, visit the shops and cafes at the neighbouring cities or simply put your feet up, enjoy a book and immerse yourself in nature.
